Our goal is to respond within 45 seconds during chat open hours, but if we are helping another student it may be a few seconds more. If we are closed, you can still send the question and we will answer as soon as we can. See hours to the right.

In-Person Help by Appointment Only
The Eastfield campus is now open for limited services. Students needing to use the Library or Tutoring Services must schedule an appointment 24-hours in advance. Campus, including the Library, is currently closed to the public for in-person visits.
IMPORTANT: All in-person appointments have been suspended through January 18.
